Delicious smoked fish, patés and shellfish
We are a family run business based near Oban in Argyll on the west coast of Scotland. We welcome visitors to our smokehouse, fishery and trout farm.
In our Smokehouse we still smoke our produce in the traditional way, often to our own special recipes developed over many years. All of our smoked salmon trout and shellfish can be purchased directly from our smokehouse during your visit.
Our fish and shellfish are sourced from the cool clear waters of the west coast. We only select our products from those suppliers who can guarantee the highest quality and ensure that stocks are sustainable and are reared in an environmentally friendly way.
Our trout are supplied from our own trout farm which has been established for 25 years. |
