Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to complete the order.
Shipping And Handling
Delivery charges are calculated automatically, dependant on the total weight of the products and are shown on your final invoice at the checkout.
We can send parcels by Royal Mail First Class or Special Delivery. First Class is cheaper and in most cases the parcels will arrive next day, however over the Christmas period with the extra volume, it can take longer. As this is fresh food we are sending, it is very important that the items arrive in perfect condition, so after Wednesday 17th December it will only be possible to send goods using Special Delivery.
If you wish your items to be posted out on or after this date (even if you are ordering before that date) please choose the Special Delivery option at the checkout. Thank you!
Delivery Schedule
We deliver our products in specially designed containers to anywhere in the United Kingdom. Orders up to 4 kilos are sent by first class post, aiming to deliver within 48 hours. Orders above 4 kilos are sent by special delivery, aiming to deliver within 24 hours.
Our products are dispatched from Monday to Thursday to avoid possible weekend postal delays. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
Fish is not liable for VAT.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Complaints Procedure
In the unlikely event of unavoidable delays or other unforseen circumstances we will, at our discretion, either replace the fish or offer you a full refund - as you prefer. Refunds will be repaid by cheque.

Any information received by this site will be held within our own database and will not under any circumstances be passed to any third party. We may from time to time send you information on our products and special offers unless you specifically request otherwise.
Remittance Terms
We accept most major credit and debit cards. Your card details will be taken on a secure server and will not be stored within our database.
